Frequently Asked Questions

Cedrone Health & Wellness currently works with active adults across the state of Colorado.
Women moving through perimenopause and menopause, and men whose energy and drive have started to fade. We work with men and women ages 30+ who are seeking support navigating symptoms they haven’t been able to solve for with traditional medicine.
-
Normal labs are usually where this conversation actually starts. A lot of patients come to us after being told everything looks fine while they still don't feel like themselves.
We look past the standard reference range and talk through what your day to day actually feels like before deciding what happens next.
-
Most telehealth hormone platforms start with a questionnaire and end with a prescription, often without a physician ever really talking to you.
At Cedrone your first appointment is a full hour with an actual provider, not a form. Your plan gets built around your labs and your life, and the same physician follows you through every visit after that, so you're never starting over with someone new.
-
You'll spend a full hour with your provider talking about your lab results, what they mean, and what options you have available for next steps. We review your health history along with a complete hormone panel.
From there we start building a plan around what you're actually experiencing.
Once your membership is active, medications are sent to a local pharmacist to begin your healing journey.
-
Bioidentical hormone therapy for women moving through perimenopause and menopause, and testosterone optimization for men and women. We also provide legal peptide therapy through a licensed pharmacy and physician-supported weight loss care.
Every plan is personalized and includes recommendations for your sleep, nutrition, exercise and wellness plan so that your hormone treatment is as effective as possible.
-
Yes. Appointments happen over video, and labs are drawn locally near you. You still get a full hour with your physician and the same level of attention you'd expect from an in-person visit, without needing to drive across the state to get it.
-
We currently only work with patients in the state of Colorado.
We plan to expand our reach in 2027. Patients outside Colorado are welcome to reach out, and we'll let you know as soon as we offer services in your area.
-
Your initial consultation is $250, and that amount is applied toward your membership if you decide to continue care with us. Ongoing costs depend on your treatment plan and are discussed before anything is prescribed.
-
We operate outside the traditional insurance model so your physician can spend real time with you instead of working around what a plan will or won't cover.
We can provide documentation for HSA reimbursement for the initial $250 consultation, lab work and prescriptions. However, your membership is not eligible for HSA reimbursement. We're happy to walk through the cost of your specific plan before you commit to anything.
-
Every peptide protocol at Cedrone starts with a provider’s prescription and comes through a licensed pharmacy. We don't sell research grade products that don’t meet the demands of the FDA. However, we are actively watching to see what additional peptides will be made legal in 2027.
If a product conflicts with your labs or symptoms, we will be proactive in telling you what is legal and safe.
-
That depends on your treatment. Patients on testosterone and HRT will typically have bloodwork done every three months, with a follow-up visit to review results and adjust dosing.
Most follow-up appointments are approximately forty five minutes and happen based on how your plan is progressing.
-
Yes. First responders, veterans and teachers receive 10% off their membership.
Reach out directly if you and your partner are both interested in becoming patients, and we're happy to talk through what that could look like for you.
-
Simply book your initial consultation through our website.
We will have you fill out intake forms, consent forms, and pay the initial consultation fee. From there, a blood panel will be sent to your pharmacy and it will need to be completed prior to your one hour consultation appointment.

Not everyone is a candidate for hormone replacement therapy, and we'd rather tell you that clearly than take on a patient that may not be a good fit. Reviewing your health history against the conditions below is part of what your provider does during your initial consultation, before anything gets prescribed.
Females are not a candidate for hormone therapy (Estrogen & Progesterone) at Cedrone if you have any of the following:
Breast cancer or estrogen-dependent tumors
Endometrial cancer
Undiagnosed abnormal vaginal bleeding
A history of blood clots, including deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or pulmonary embolism (PE)
Severe liver disease
A history of cardiovascular events such as heart attack or stroke
Pregnancy, or if you're actively trying to conceive
A few other conditions carry elevated risk without necessarily ruling treatment out. If any of these apply to you, your provider will walk through your specific history and talk through what's realistic before any decision gets made:
A clotting disorder such as Factor V Leiden
Stable cardiovascular disease
Migraines with aura
Endometrial hyperplasia
You are not a candidate for Testosterone therapy if you have:
Prostate cancer, active or untreated tumors of the prostate gland.
Breast cancer
Erythrocytosis, or an abnormally high red blood cell count or high hematocrit level (usually over 54%) that raises the risk of dangerous blood clots.
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Active desire for fertility
Doctors will carefully weigh the risks before prescribing Testosterone if you have:
Stable cardiovascular disease, heart failure, recent heart attack or stroke within the last 6 months
Sleep apnea
Severe urinary symptoms from prostate enlargement (BPH)
